Mike,
I just wanted to let you all know that I am very pleased with the performance of my Trek after you upgraded the suspension. I got the full test run during my 225 mile ride home up the grade on I-17 between Phoenix and Sedona. Lot's of wind, swirly canyon wind, and plenty of semi trucks. What should have been a bit of a challenging drive was easy. The vehicle tracks straight and sway is significantly reduced, particularly in gusts. We are very pleased we made the upgrade, and very happy with the service we got from your team.
Thanks and all the best.

Keith,
This thank you is long overdue but I have had the pleasure of taking my rig out
twice now since Mike and the team worked on it in October. Although I love my Pace
Arrow, I really dreaded taking it out due to the puny performance of the engine
and the loud, erratic shifting of the transmission.
I am now a very happy camper because the engine has its power back and of course
now the transmission can work effectively.
I appreciate Mike’s approach in helping me determine what the most urgent items
were to address, what could wait until later to handle without compromising safety,
and what would be good-to-do, if resources permit.
Everyone there, and I do mean that, who I have come in contact with from Karen to
the gentlemen out in the service area, are courteous, considerate of my needs, and
give me the impression that they are interested in my satisfaction which enables
me to enjoy my rig.
I enjoy being a customer of Redlands Truck and RV and have recommended you to my
buddy, Gene, who has also become a customer.

Keith, Mike & Wayne,
Just wanted to let you know that we put on about 800 miles with the newly installed
Trac and Sway Bars on our 2011 Four Winds Serrano (on all kinds of roads).
First, thank you for hustling to get this done in time for our trip to the Eastern
Sierras. Second, the difference in handling was significant and we drove through
some pretty steady winds (20-30 mph) and gusts (50 mph est. - that one moved us).
Other than seeing the bushes and trees moving, we were not getting pushed around
and stayed online with ruts/grooves.
Keith & Mike: The Koni's, nitrogen in tires and the alignment also paid off. My
wife said it was a 100% better ride. Fuel mileage was better.

Hi to Keith and all the staff at Redlands Truck,
On our annual rv outing to Quartzsite this last January Alva and Merna Hawkins experienced
loss of power steering and brakes about 40 miles out of Quartzsite. Unable to move
the motorhome once they were on the site, Alvy and a few of the other men drove
around the area to find help. It came down to "next week, bring it in", "we don't
do that kind of work", or "don't have time".
At the "Big Tent" later that day another repair company there sent Alvy to the Redlands
repair area where we met Keith and company.
To sum it all up, the work got done where the unit was parked, Merna and Alvy were
able to drive home on Friday, and they mention the situation and how happy they
are with Redlands to anyone they talk to. Alvy is 85 and Merna 84. They hope to
be able to "keep on camping" as long as Alvy can still feel comfortable driving.
They are forever grateful to you and your staff for the efficiency and promptness
to showed them. This endorsement is via Dick Giebel because Alvy and Merna gave
up their computer a while back.
The rest of our camping group are also very appreciative of your service to our
good friends.
Thank you!

We would like to relate our recent experience at Redlands Truck and RV Service,
located in Redlands, CA. We have been full time RVers for 18 years and ran into
a major problem with our Safari 2003 Trek with a Workhorse P32 chassis while in
the area. We made an appointment for repairs at Redlands Truck and RV. The night
before we were to arrive, I fell out the door of our RV onto the pavement, having
missed the step, and experienced considerable damage to my hand, face and head.
My wife fixed me up pretty well and we were able to get to our appointment at a
distance of just over an hour’s drive. On arrival at Redlands Truck and RV,
Karen, one of the owners, dropped everything, got us in her car, and drove us to
the hospital where the Dr. stitched me up and did the necessary repairs. Karen then
picked us up and took us back to the repair center where Keith, the other owner,
had taken charge of our RV and had it being repaired. Due to the nature of the repair,
we were unable to stay in our RV. Keith, anticipating that I would not be in good
shape on returning, arranged for a place where I could lay down while the repairs
were being done. I might add that it was a wonderful experience being able to lie
down for the rest of the day. The repairs were completed and they made the RV available
for us to spend the night in the RV.
This was service beyond anything we could have hoped for. The staff and the mechanic
that worked on our RV were friendly and caring and the work was done in a professional
manner that allowed me to relax. I did not feel that I needed to watch so that I
could redo the repair later when I found it wasn’t right, as is the case in
so many repair shops.
One of their employees also took the time to educate me in the correct way to start
the generator and how to handle the charging of the batteries which I have been
doing incorrectly for 18 years.
As in past years, the work was done with efficiency and to our complete satisfaction
and the special care and concern for our well being we experienced is what makes
Redlands an “above and beyond” RV Service Center.
We have and will recommend Redlands Truck and RV to anyone at any time with complete
confidence.

I just want to thank Keith Shomaker from Redlands Truck & RV again for service
above and beyond the call of duty. He happened to be in my area yesterday doing
some work for someone else and was kind enough to update my UP ECM while he was
here. I should add that this was work, trouble and time he took when he was away
from the job and I even made him wait for his BBQ. So I now "owe" him
big time. This is true customer service and can be very hard to find so if you want
GREAT customer service I HIGHLY recommend Redlands Truck & RV and make sure
you say hi to Keith for me. And don't forget his sister Karen she is better looking
than Keith.

Great place to do business, I highly recommend Keith and Redlands Truck Service.

Dear Keith,
Just a short letter to let you know that the KONI shocks that you sold me and installed
at the Rexhall Motor Home Rally are every bit as good as you said they would be.
I had Monroe shocks on my coach, and my friend Jim Duval out of Phoenix who was
parked next to me had Bilstines. You put the KONI Shocks on both of our Rexhall
Coach's and after comparing notes we both agreed that the ride was 100% better and
with less swaying in the windstorm that we both drove home in.
I would recommend these shocks to anyone who wants a smoother and safer ride in
their Motor Home !!!!
Sincerely,
-Robert H.

We were JUST leaving on a trip in Sept 2007...broke down on Cajon Pass...took our
rig to Catepillar & they said it would be $3,500 & 7-10 days. Came to your
shop and you quoted 2 days & $1,200 to remove & clean the radiator. We came
back that same afternoon and you were just finishing & the charge was $800.
We continued our trip to Cancun that night. Our engine never heated up again...more
than 10,000!!!! Thank you for the great job, excellent & courteous FAST service.
We WILL return to you for all our motorhome service.

I want to thank you and your staff for your prompt and accurate repair to my coach.
I was impressed with your concern and willingness to work with my
time schedule. I have never received better service. I would recommend your service
anytime. WRV made a good choice to help me with warranty items.
Thank you again.

I broke down on vacation and had the good fortune that Workhorse referred me to
Redlands Truck and RV as my repair facility. I talked to the repair facility and
they informed me if I could get in by 3:00 that day they would be able to get me
right in. We pulled into the shop at around 2:00 on Thursday afternoon, and good
to their word they were working on my motor home within minutes. The repairs were
more extensive then we had first anticipated, so Karen spent the rest of the day
chasing parts down. Karen was able to locate all the parts I needed except one.
The only place in the country with the spindle I needed was in Chicago and it was
to late in the day to have it shipped. With the part I needed not available I needed
to stay at the service center for the night. The service facility had full hookups
for my unit and made us feel like family. Karen got the part ordered right away
the next morning and it was scheduled for next day delivery before 9:00, With the
part on order they offered us the use of a shop car for the day The part came in
by 9:00 the next morning and the mechanic installed all the parts and got us on
the road by 10:00. I would normally consider this very good service, but by now
this is Saturday and the shop is closed on Saturday. The owner and mechanic came
in on their day off to get me back on the road. It speaks volumes of the kind of
service this facility provides. I was a one time customer and they went to these
lengths to take care of me. Redlands Truck had me in a situation that I had no choice
but to accept whatever service they provided or the amount they charged for the
service. They service was incredible along with a fair price. I left the facility
feeling like I had been treat like one of their best customers. I have never had
such a good experience at a repair facility. Redlands Truck and RV sets the standard
for customer service and integrity.
